This perfectly illustrates why no country on this planet should be using nuclear weaponry at ALL, and I'm sure that the terrorists are laughing and clapping as they are hearing about this shameful event.

Our nuclear irresponsibility is appalling. Not to go too far off the subject, our free-wheeling nuclear gifts to India, which has refused signing any treaty or submit to inspections, is frightening. We worry about a possible nuclear state like Iran yet turn a blind eye to India, which uses the nuke threat against its neighbors. We mismanage our own nukes and give the away willy-nilly. Gross stupidity may be our greatest terrorist threat.
Yes, gross stupidity for not denouncing nuclear weaponry elimination in every country in our world.
